Are your products official team merchandise?

No. GFZ products are original designs inspired by sports culture, fan moments, and brand-created worlds. They are not official merchandise from any professional team, league, or player.

Are products made to order?

Many GFZ products are made to order through production partners. This helps reduce waste and allows us to release limited collections without holding large amounts of inventory.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times can vary depending on the product, production partner, and destination. Since many items are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted for eligible items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Because many products are made to order, we may not be able to accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change-of-mind purchases.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the problem and help make it right.

Do limited drops restock?

Not always. Some drops are limited releases and may not return once they sell out or move into the archive.

The Archive is where past GFZ drops live after their main release window has passed. Availability is not guaranteed.
