GFZ works with production and fulfillment partners to create and ship many items on demand.

Because of this, your order may go through two stages:

Production
Your item is created, printed, packed, or prepared by the production partner.

Shipping
Once production is complete, the order is shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping times can vary based on product type, destination, carrier, and fulfillment partner.

You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Multiple Items

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately depending on where each product is produced.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. GFZ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking information first. If the issue continues, contact us with your order number and tracking details.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, timing, and fees may vary. Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
